The EVOLVE T-Shirt Design was inspired by observing many individuals striving for a complete 180 degree change in their lives. Oftentimes, it is harder than we think and we underestimate the work and time it takes to make that full change. However, when cognitively reframing the word "changing" to "evolving", we become more acceptable to the long-term process and create more realistic expectations and time frames to EVOLVE into what we wish to achieve.
