Purchaser contacts Intuitive Insight to request an "Apparel Exchange"
Intuitive Insight shall send the Purchaser a link to print out a pre-paid shipping label
Purchaser shall send the "Apparel Exchange" item to Intuitive Insight
Upon receipt, Intuitive Insight shall execute the "Apparel Exchange" and ship the new item to the Purchaser
